Our team was engaged to support project leadership team to achieve “Certainty of Delivery” by improving alignment and communication within the project teams and by providing clear visibility on project activities progress.
Established a tiered project communication framework with clear metrics & reporting expectations around Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery (Design, Construction, Completion). Implemented ‘Detailed Activities Plans’ for each workstream and daily progress reporting (‘Redlining’) for the planned activities.
Implemented issues escalation and resolution process to resolve risks or problems in timely manner. Following the P-D-C-A method, any slippage against Planned activities was recorded and agreed countermeasures captured on Problem and Countermeasure (PCM) sheets. Throughout the engagement, teams were supported, and coached to be solution focused using process approach.
